This role requires a hands-on approach to building, maintaining, and troubleshooting quantum systems, which support our Leap cloud service. As a part of a collaborative team, you will interact with customers and R&D, developing service documentation and improving operational processes for our innovative technology.
Key Responsibilities: • Build and maintain quantum computing systems • Troubleshoot complex electromechanical systems • Collaborate with teams to improve reliability • Document troubleshooting procedures and processes • Support production systems in on-call rotation
