Responsibilities:
- Examine and evaluate cytology specimens for abnormal cellular changes
- Screen gynecological and non-gynecological specimens
- Prepare and stain cytology slides according to laboratory protocols
- Accurately document findings and maintain laboratory records
- Ensure compliance with laboratory quality assurance and safety standards
- Collaborate with pathologists and healthcare providers to support accurate diagnoses
