DEFEND in Wellington is seeking a Cybersecurity Service Delivery Associate to support the day-to-day health of Managed Services. You will help ensure SLAs and quality standards are met, and assist with customer communications and escalation follow-up.

Working alongside our Operations Leads, you will learn the craft of service delivery in a modern SOC environment and contribute to service reporting, dashboards, and data-driven storytelling.
