Job Description
**Position Purpose:**
The Home Depot is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager - Threat Hunting to lead and mature our proactive threat hunting program while developing a high-performing team of cybersecurity professionals. This role combines people leadership, program strategy, and hands-on cybersecurity expertise, with a focus on advancing threat-informed hunting methodologies, improving detection capabilities, and driving automation and AI-enabled efficiencies across the hunting lifecycle.
**Global Hunt Operations** **- Plan and execute proactive hunting campaigns**
+ Define hunt methodologies
+ Develop and mature the threat-informed defense model
**Threat Research** **- Translate threat intelligence into hunt hypotheses and hunt packages**
+ Continue developing a hypothesis-driven hunting program
+ Work with Threat Intelligence (CTI) to operationalize emerging TTPs
