Job Description
Amentum is seeking Cybersecurity Engineer to support our U.S. Department of Energy contract. Positions will be based in the Washington, D.C area.
**Work Schedule:** 5 days, 8hrs
**Essential Responsibilities:** Provide a wide range of Cyber Intelligence (CI) services to deliver timely, actionable, and relevant threat intelligence on hostile nation-states, cyber adversaries, and criminals seeking to conduct malicious cyber activities against U.S. energy sector partners.
**Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):**
+ 5–12+ years designing, implementing, or securing enterprise IT and operational technology environments.
+ Experience with cloud security, Zero Trust, RMF, NIST 800-53, endpoint security, vulnerability management, and system hardening.
+ Experience supporting Authority to Operate (ATO) packages and continuous monitoring.
+ Security+, CISSP, Azure Security, AWS Security, or equivalent certifications
