The CX IT Implementation Specialist’s role is to deliver project-like custom implementations of Transcom’s contact centre tools tailored to specific client requirements. These tools are typically cloud-based, third‑party provided applications. The role is required to configure, test, deploy, and support multiple contact centre tools. To achieve its goals, it works closely with support teams, business analysts, solution engineers and internal clients.
