CX AI Performance Analyst — Insight & Quality Lead

Betterment is seeking an AI Performance Analyst to build and maintain dashboards for AI programs, identify AI failure modes, and own incident response for AI quality issues. You will serve as the primary administrator for AI tooling and contribute to post-launch iterations.

You will collaborate with the CX AI & Automation team to establish performance baselines, maintain documentation, and feed AI data back into product and engineering decisions within a fintech environment.
