Job Description

The Customs Foreign Trade Manager is responsible for the proper and timely administration of Foreign Trade Programs for Continental Automotive Guadalajara legal entity including productive plants and R&D centers, reports directly to Head of Customs LATAM.
Communicate sensitive issues to people of all levels and departments, persuading / influencing others.
Ensure compliance in foreign trade programs granting support and advice to Guadalajara Plant teams and ensure Continental to operates compliantly under the customs laws and regulations.
Manage staff and trade service providers and also collaborate and share information with the Central Customs Foreign Trade team regarding Import and Export controls for all Guadalajara locations in Mexico as well as productivity and continuous improvement projects.
