Customs Clearance & Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Navigate and execute complex customs clearance procedures, ensuring compliance with international and national regulations to prevent delays and penalties.
• Manage the end-to-end logistics process for imported and exported goods from initial booking to final delivery, optimizing routes and modes of transport.
• Prepare, verify, and submit all necessary documentation—including bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations—with meticulous accuracy.
• Liaise effectively with customs authorities, freight forwarders, carriers, and clients to resolve any issues or discrepancies promptly.
• Monitor incoming materials and finished goods stock.
• Coordinate receiving of imported materials with the warehouse production team.
• Update stock movement records and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Assist in stock counting and inventory control.
