LED Display After‑Sales Engineer (Spain)

Location: Spain (with travel)

Responsibilities

• Technical Support & Repair: Handle online and on‑site troubleshooting for LED displays; conduct RMA repairs at our Spanish office and resolve quality issues reported by customers.
• Project Execution: Perform on‑site surveys, prepare installation quotes, and manage the full installation, debugging, and final delivery of projects.
• Training & Demos: Provide technical training to partners and clients on installation and troubleshooting; maintain showroom samples and set up demo screens for client presentations.
• Service Management: Prepare service quotations for paid requests, follow up on service execution and payment collection.
