Customer Team Member
As a Customer Team Member, you will work as part of a friendly team in a fast‑moving Co‑op store, helping deliver essential services to the community every day. Your role may involve working in the post office, bakery, or assisting with online services by picking and packing orders for home delivery.
Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day running of the store by providing friendly and thoughtful service.
- Work with the team to keep the store running smoothly.
- Operate shop floor and tills hands‑on to contribute to daily operations and create a great shopping experience.
- Maintain store performance by keeping shelves stocked, checking prices, dates, and stock accuracy.
- Promote Co‑op Membership and support local community initiatives.
- Prepare and serve bakery products when required.
- Assist with online services by picking and packing orders for home delivery.
