Title: Customer Support Specialist
Location: Philippines, Milania – but remote
Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 PHP Monthly Gross
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, Help Desk, or Client Services
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience troubleshooting software or technical issues
- Comfortable supporting users remotely
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Ability to document issues and identify root causes
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
