What the job entails
  • Actively handling last-minute bookings and communicating with partner drivers.
  • Reviewing booking details, processing changes, and resolving complaints.
  • Working a versatile rotating schedule on a 24-hour cycle with teams in Merida, Mexico, and Prague, Czech Republic.
What we are seeking
  • Full English proficiency (C1-C2).
  • Fluent Italian speakers are a big plus.
