Job Description
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will support the Repair Station by managing customer interactions, quoting repair orders, and ensuring timely processing of jobs. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external customers.
Responsibilities

+ Prepare and send quotes for repair orders daily.

+ Process repair station orders upon customer approval of quotes.

+ Manage and follow up on exchange order quotes.

+ Resolve issues preventing orders from being processed or released.

+ Communicate effectively with customers to build confidence and maintain satisfaction.

+ Coordinate with Engineers, PSE, and Quality teams on investigative and warranty returns.

+ Investigate and resolve billing issues or disputes.
