Customer Support Representative

  • Respond to customer queries via chat, email, and social media and through in app support.
  • Resolve user complaints and ensure a great customer experience.
  • Assist with onboarding new users and guiding them through the app.
  • Gather and document user feedback for improvements.
  • Handle complaints and ensure quick issue resolution.
  • Monitor reviews and address concerns effectively.
  • Also following up with customers
  • Community Engagement
  • Build relationships with users
