Responsibilities
- Respond to subscribers inquiries on all channels
- Maintain exceptional relationships with our subscribers
- Document all inquiries in CRM
- Develop and maintain the website FAQs and training materials
- Manage time effectively; meet personal and department goals
- Consult on customer success – guide customers on how to successfully leverage our tools based on their unique needs
Requirements
- Stock market knowledge and day trading experience is preferred
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent attention to detail within a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in client-facing roles for technology companies
- 2+ years of experience in a SaaS/Cloud product company an advantage
- Punctuality and reliability throughout employment
