About the role
We are looking for a warm, empathetic and organised intern to join our team and become the first point of contact for our patients.
This is a patient-facing role. Every day you will be in direct contact with people seeking mental health support, answering their questions by email, WhatsApp and phone, guiding them through the booking process and ensuring they feel heard, reassured and well looked after at every step.
