What’s the job?

In your new role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of our systems. You will join the Customer Success team, and report directly into the Customer Support Team leader.

Responsibilities

• Execute established Malvern Panalytical Support Group procedures.
• Ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Timely execute assigned service orders.
• Be an ambassador of customer support excellence on site and support with problem diagnosis and system repairs.
• Support customers with necessary training.
• Manage tools and stock.
• Travels as needed to fulfil the above responsibilities.

Your Profile

• BSc in Electronics, Chemistry, Physics, Mechatronics or comparable.
