Job Description

Role Purpose

Support semiconductor after‑sales service operations at site level by ensuring material availability and acting as a front‑facing, active interface with frequent communication and coordination with customers and internal stakeholders, supported by data‑driven and digitalized operational insights.

Key Responsibilities (Core)

  • Support demand and supply execution to ensure material availability for semiconductor after‑sales service operations in a time‑critical service environment
  • Act as a front‑facing interface with frequent communication and coordination with customers, internal stakeholders (CS Engineer, Account team), and external logistics partners (3PL, warehouses, forwarders)
  • Monitor material flow, logistics execution, and service‑critical parts through data analysis and reporting, identifying risks, root causes, and improvement opportunities affecting service level and tool uptime
