Job Description
Shape the supply chain at Lindt as a Customer Supply Chain Specialist. Deliver exceptional communication and order management skills to enhance customer relationships and drive process improvements.
Reporting to the Manager of Customer Supply Chain, this role requires 3-4 years of experience in customer service and order management, preferably in an MRP environment with SAP. You will act as a key liaison, resolving issues proactively and maintaining professional interactions with customers throughout the supply chain process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately manage and process customer orders in SAP
• Monitor open orders for timely processing and resolution
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding discrepancies
• Communicate order delays and service impacts professionally
• Prepare monthly performance reports and customer scorecards
