About the Role
As a Customer Success Specialist (CSS), you will be an integral part of our outbound sales and success efforts. You will resolve customer plans to service their homes through various channels—phone, chat, SMS, and email—while navigating the challenges of customer needs, profile requests, and service inquiries.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with customers by listening to their needs and providing the best solutions.
- Maintain an excellent knowledge of Thumbtack’s products and services, as well as industry standards for home maintenance, improvement, and repair projects.
