- Maintain customer satisfaction during interactions;

- Confirms orders to customers;
- Opens engineering change requests as needed;
- Follows-up and review ECO information;
- Escalating issues to specialized teams;
- Tracks orders with the planning and shipping team to meet customer needs;
- Product forecasts/alignment with protect revenue quota;
