Join Auxly’s Operations team as a Customer Success Representative based in Leamington, ON. Ensure customer satisfaction by managing inquiries and implementing best practices while engaging with a diverse cannabis product portfolio.
In this role, you will report directly to the Manager of Regulatory Affairs and Cannabis Sourcing.Your main goal is to be the vital link between Auxly and its customers by providing exceptional support. You will also need to understand Auxly's extensive product line, track customer trends, and collaborate with various internal teams for optimum results.
