Job Description

You’ll be the bridge between our customers and our platform, making sure infrastructure projects succeed using Infrakit’s cloud tools. Day-to-day, that means:

  • Leading deployment and development projects from kickoff to completion, on time and on budget
  • Act as an expert in infrastructure model-based construction, BIM modelling (YIV) and surveying
  • Running training sessions and workshops that actually land
  • Building trusted, long-term relationships with customers and acting as their go-to expert
  • Solving problems proactively, before they become issues
  • Collaborating closely with our Product, R&D, and Sales teams
  • Maintaining clean project documentation and keeping all stakeholders aligned
  • You’ll report to the Director of Services & Customer Success and work out of our Espoo HQ.
