The Purpose

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers and partners realise maximum value from working with OQC.

Acting as a trusted relationship manager, you'll build lasting partnerships, drive customer satisfaction, identify opportunities for growth, and help shape our commercial strategy through customer insight.
