- Lead client onboarding and training to drive product adoption and ensure quick time-to-value.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, from end-users to C-level executives.
- Help clients understand their retail planning goals, track progress, and demonstrate ROI through business reviews.
- Monitor usage data to identify risks and opportunities, engage with at-risk accounts, and prevent churn.
