This well-established EdTech business are looking to appoint their first ever Customer Success Manager in the UK. Part of a larger international group following a recent acquisition, the company is investing seriously in its CS function and this is a genuine opportunity to shape something from the ground up.

The business sells education timetabling software - including a newly launched AI-native tool - to Universities, Further Education colleges and adult learning providers across the UK.
