About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of enterprise customers across North America and LATAM. This role will be responsible for driving onboarding, implementation, adoption, renewals, and expansion while serving as a trusted advisor to customers on Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding & Implementation
- Lead end-to-end customer implementations from kickoff through go-live.
- Gather requirements, design solutions, configure the platform, and manage testing.
- Create architecture diagrams and solution designs aligned with customer governance objectives.
