We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Customer Success Coordinator to join our Commercial team. In this pivotal role, you'll be the engine behind the Customer Success function, helping ensure customer engagements, proposals, reporting, and contract governance activities run seamlessly.

Working closely with the Customer Success team and a broad range of internal stakeholders, you'll provide research, insights, meeting preparation, reporting, proposal coordination, and contract administration support that enables the team to deliver exceptional outcomes for customers.
