Are you looking for a high level experience in a world-renowned multinational company? Do you have a passion for customer service? Do you have a fluent level of English and C2/native level in DANISH? If so, then you have found the right position! It is a 100% on-site position in Barcelona for the first 6 months, after which it transitions to a hybrid model.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers who drive automobiles, motorbikes, or use power equipment.
• Respond to questions on product portfolio, import/export procedures, first-level technical support, complaints, and support with IoT technologies and related apps.
• Utilize language skills in French to provide outstanding customer service and support.
