· Handle guest inquiries via phone, messaging platforms, and booking channels in a timely and professional manner
· Manage booking confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and check-in/check-out arrangements
· Provide accurate information regarding property details, house rules, and guest services
· Perform front office duties, including guest reception, handling walk-ins (if applicable), and assisting with check-in/check-out processes
· Ensure all guest arrivals and departures are properly coordinated with housekeeping and operations teams
· Handle guest complaints, issues, and special requests, ensuring quick and effective resolution
