  • Take incoming patient calls to process payments or provide assistance to patients or insurance representatives regarding patient accounts.
  • Follow up on reports of patient calls regarding product returns and verify with Sales Representatives to take the appropriate action based on the outcome of the follow-up.
  • Assist in the online chat to take patient payments or provide support in Spanish.
  • Handle Protected Health Information (PHI) with the highest level of confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
  • Adhere to all internal corporate compliance guidelines, OIG healthcare regulations, government policies, and other payment-related policies.

Experiência y requisitos

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Experience with health insurance is preferred.
  • Attention to detail for information research.
