Job Description
Position Responsibilities
Design and conduct training sessions using a variety of techniques to support employee success and drive high performance.
Evaluate Customer Service training needs and provide recommendations to improve processes and procedures.
Serve as a liaison for training teams across Uline’s Corporate Headquarters and our regional facilities.
Create a welcoming and positive learning environment that encourages employee growth and development.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in adult learning, corporate training or related area, or equivalent experience.
Experience with existing and emerging training methods and tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
