Job Description
Customer Service interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about purchase orders and to handle and resolve basic basic tasks tasks.They will process customer orders from customers.Make reach-out calls to existing customers for supply chain related matters as well as other internal Departments.Responsible for customer management and their service satisfaction, order management and delivery status, revenue achievement, business issues resolution (Material issues, Logistics, PPV, Credit, RMA's).
