Job Description
Greif is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor – Iberia team leader to manage the daily operations of the Iberia Customer Service team, ensure high service standards, and drive continuous improvement across customer service activities. You will lead a small team and coordinate with sales, planning, shipping and other internal departments.
The role requires leadership, a professional degree, fluency in Spanish and English, and experience in customer service. Portuguese is a plus.
