Job Description
ADAMA and Grochem New Zealand is hiring for Customer Service & Supply Chain Support.
We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service & Supply Chain Support professional to join our team. This is a diverse role that combines customer service, order management, inventory coordination, and supply chain support to ensure our customers receive exceptional service while keeping products moving efficiently across New Zealand. Working closely with our New Zealand commercial team and the ADAMA Australia Supply Chain team, you'll play an important role in supporting both the ADAMA and Grochem brands.
Work Location : Nelson or Porirua
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring accurate processing and DIFOT performance.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely, professional support.
