The Customer Service Success Supervisor is responsible for leading customer fulfillment, shipment execution, service communication, and short-term demand alignment. This role connects Customer Service, Planning, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and Quality to ensure customer orders are executed on time, risks are escalated, and priorities are aligned with the Master Production Schedule.
What You Will Do
Lead daily customer service and fulfillment activities for assigned customers. Maintain clear communication with customers regarding orders, shipments, delivery risks, shortages, and recovery actions. Validate material availability against customer demand, open orders, and shipment requirements.
