The Candidate Support Administrator serves as a critical member of the Call Center team, supporting candidates throughout the hiring process and ensuring a seamless experience from application to first day of employment. This role is responsible for resolving candidate inquiries, removing hiring barriers, conducting virtual pre-hire appointments, and providing exceptional customer service through multiple communication channels.
