Summary

The role is responsible for processing sales orders and delivery transactions received by LRD Malaysia, coordinating timely delivery processing, responding to stock enquiries, and supporting the Manager in ensuring on‑time customer deliveries to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. The position is expected to perform all duties in accordance with Belimo’s Mission and Values, the Employee Handbook, company policies, and all applicable labour, safety, and quality regulations.

What You’ll Do

  • Accurately and efficiently process and manage customer orders from receipt through fulfilment.
  • Coordinate closely with warehouse and logistics teams across LRD locations, including Malaysia, Hong Kong, the USA, and Switzerland, to support timely packaging and shipment of orders.
