Job Overview
Located at our West Perth office, you will join a team of 12 and be responsible for quotation and order open backlog management for the entire quotation and order life cycle.
Main Responsibilities
- Courtitiously and efficiently handle customer enquiries; reply within the same day.
- Issue quotations for standard parts within 48 hours.
- Manage quotation and order open backlog for the entire cycle.
- Expedite orders and provide feedback to customers.
- Support the Specialist Order Execution team when workload is high.
- Handle inquiries, quotations, sales orders and customer claims.
- Implement quality assurance and control documentation per Metso supply quality standards.
