What you can look forward to as Customer Service & Scheduling Supervisor:
Interface with customers regarding shipment and delivery information.Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in customer service activities.Responsible for direct supervision of the customer service team, including the creation of work schedules according to budgets and workloads.Report the customer issues affecting delivery metrics to internal management.Maintain SAP data relevant to production scheduling (scheduling agreements, master data, etc.)Interact with internal and external customers to aid in the resolution of issues.Assist in SIOP process as required.Occasional travel for customers requires business confere...
