Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and send out scheduling links
• Attend meetings and take accurate minutes
• Contribute to company reports and perform data entry
• Interface with outside organizations to obtain scheduling information
• Maintain organized electronic filing systems in Google Drive and OneDrive
• Upload and organize documents in Electronic Health Records (EHR)
• Communicate with customers via EHR, phone, or email
• Send appointment reminders and reschedule no-shows
• Ensure lab results are posted prior to appointments
