What You’ll Do:
Be the friendly voice for inbound calls and online orders.
Support sales with quotes, promotions, and account management.
Troubleshoot issues and keep customers smiling.
Keep things running smoothly with accurate admin and reporting.
What We’re Looking For:
A people person with strong communication skills.
Detail-driven and thrives under pressure.
Customer service or sales support experience (FMCG/foodservice a bonus).
Tech-savvy with MS Office; ERP experience is a plus.
