Description
Provide sales and operational support to customers and internal sales teams in a technical, made-to-order environment. This is not a high-volume call center role—interactions are more complex and require critical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities

+ Process and manage customer orders, including custom product requests

+ Generate quotes, track order status, and expedite as needed

+ Troubleshoot order and product issues, ensuring timely resolution

+ Communicate with customers and sales reps to clarify requirements

+ Partner with engineering, warehouse, and other internal teams to fulfill specialized requests

+ Maintain accurate records and data entry in SAP and internal systems

+ Support restocking activities and order adjustments
