About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you’re the calm voice and guide whose support helps customers navigate life’s financial ups and downs. You will assist in a variety of tasks such as helping customers regain access to online banking, resolving card disputes, clarifying regulatory requirements, and guiding them to digital tools.
