Contract: Part-time (6months)

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or sales, with a focus on customer retention or loyalty programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Management for marketplaces and social media - provide timely and accurate customer service for product inquiries, concerns, complaints and the like.
  • Log and monitor customer concerns with regards to products for repairs and replacements ensuring it is resolved and addressed in a timely manner.
  • Reconciliation work for various marketplaces and payment channels.
  • Reconciliation of warehouse and fulfillment billing.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • High level of empathy and customer service orientation.
