Key Responsibilities:

Customer Liaison: Act as the primary service contact, responding to phone and electronic inquiries from policy owners, agents, and field personnel to ensure long-term problem resolution.

Technical Support: Provide guidance and procedural advice on products and services; conduct research to resolve complex service requests.

Account Maintenance: Process policy-level transactions within authority limits, monitor service activity, and prepare reports.
