We are expanding our remote Customer Service team and are looking for a reliable, customer-focused professional to join us.

Location: Remote

Schedule
:

Full-time, Monday–Friday (CST) with rotational Saturday and Holiday coverage

Compensation: TBD

Start Date: January 12, 2026

Key Responsibilities:


• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email


• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience


• Support customer retention efforts and reduce cancellations


• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams

Qualifications:


• Previous customer service experience (remote experience preferred)


• Strong verbal and written English communication skills


• Neutral to American English accent
