Role : Outbound Sales Representative

Description

• Outbound sales and customer engagement
• Focus on gathering vehicle information for release
• Handle telephone-based customer interactions
• Use CRM tools to document and manage customer data
• Graveyard (GY)
• Rest Day: Shifting HOO: Flexible

Requirements

• Excellent customer service experience in a BPO setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong listening skills; detail-oriented and able to ask clarifying questions
• Proficient in computers with strong typing skills
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage
• Prior experience in telephone-based customer service preferred
