Job Description
We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative for our client located in Oakville, ON. Our client is a global leader in wastewater and clean water technologies across various industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide them with information to address inquiries regarding products and services. This is a one-year contract on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office) available immediately.
Responsibilities
- Help resolve any customer complaints.
- Responsible to handle all complaints in accordance with the company’s guidelines and policies.
- Representatives may attempt to solve the problems or at least propose some solutions.
- Responsible to send customers their replacement products or reverse erroneous fees.
